Approaching this charming Vermont town we decided to investigate a remarkable monument near the center of town. Hundreds of feet tall it was quite a spectacle and had peaked our interest.
A closer look revealed to us something quite surprising. This monument honored a Brigadier General John Stark, a distant relative to Dawnie and her family!
